2004.

Jamie Fritz founded Fritz Cabinetry in his garage with a singular focus: to create fully custom cabinetry and furniture without compromise. From the outset, his work was defined by precision, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship at the highest level.

Backed by decades of experience, Jamie brought a rare combination of technical expertise, relentless creative problem-solving, and a genuine passion for the work to every project, approaching each detail with intention and care. Just as important as the work itself was the team he built around it. He carefully assembled a talented and humble group of craftspeople who shared his high standards and disciplined approach, continuously refining their craft. Together, they grew Fritz Cabinetry into a respected, high-end millwork shop known for its quality, integrity, and consistency.

2024.

Twenty years later, in December of 2024, a natural next chapter began to take shape. Jamie Fritz entered into a strategic partnership with Streeter, a respected name in the luxury residential market, bringing together two organizations aligned in both vision and values.

What began as a cabinetry company evolved into something more. With a national focus and an expanded platform, Fritz Cabinetry transitioned to Fritz Millwork reflecting a broader capability and a more refined approach to custom interiors and craftsmanship.

Today, as a Streeter company, this evolution is defined not only by growth, but by shared purpose. Both are grounded in the same foundation; a culture of quality, a passion for design, and a deep commitment to advocacy for clients, for partners, and for the integrity of every project. Together, Fritz & Streeter are setting a new standard for what luxury craftsmanship and custom homebuilding can be.

Most of the work happens long before anyone sees it. At the bench. In the shop. In the measurements taken twice and then again. Attention is not a step in the process. It is the process. What looks effortless is rarely accidental, and what lasts is never rushed.

Over time, you learn that materials speak. Wood moves. Light shifts. Surfaces change with use and age. The work improves when you listen closely enough. Standards begin to form not from ambition, but from experience, earned slowly, reinforced through repetition, and carried forward with discipline.
