Engineer & Drafting

Fritz Millwork is seeking a Drafting Engineer to transform architectural drawings and approved designs into accurate, production-ready cabinetry and millwork. This role serves as the bridge between design and manufacturing, creating detailed Mosaik and/or Cabinet Vision models, shop drawings, material requirements, and CNC-ready files that drive efficient, high-quality production.

The Drafting Engineer is also our internal expert on Mosaik and/or Cabinet Vision and Screen-to-Machine (S2M) workflows, helping maintain engineering standards and continuously improve how projects move from concept to fabrication.
